After Christmas hiatus, VisionTV will broadcast the entire Season 5 of Doc Martin starting December 28.
It’s true … the Doc’s a new Daddy and viewers can’t get enough! Based on demand, VisionTV has decided to air Doc Martin Season 5 from the very beginning on Wednesdays, starting December 28.
Those who already follow Martin Clunes as the curmudgeonly Doctor will now be able to watch Britain’s award-winning comedy drama uninterrupted. Viewers who missed the first three episodes (that originally aired in November), will now have a chance to catch up and see why Doc Martin is regarded as Britain’s most-watched drama and took Best TV Comedy Drama and Best TV Comedy Actor at the British Comedy Awards.
This fast-paced drama with a comedic twist, an eccentric bunch of characters, and an enduring love story has captivated viewers all over the globe. Set in the quaint village of Portwenn, Dr Martin Ellingham’s (Martin Clunes) brilliance as a doctor does not make up for his poor bedside manner or lack of social skills.
