“Previously, Vision had to remove segments of each episode by editing the UK format programs to accommodate Canadian programming times. Now, with a new format for editing, we’ll be broadcasting the full uncut story as seen in the U.K. Our audience won’t miss any of the action,” said Beverley Shenken, newly appointed VP Programming, ZoomerMedia Limited Television Division.

Viewers can also watch EastEnders episodes online at www.visiontv.ca/eastenders the day after broadcast.

Human interest stories, intertwining relationships, social issues, triumphs and tragedies, loves and losses, marriages and murders … For new viewers just tuning in:

**SPOILER ALERT**

Archie’s murder is still unsolved and the inhabitants of Albert Square all suspect each other and are all suspect. At a party at the local pub, The Vic, the police are present observing everyone. Ronnie (Archie’s daughter) sneaks out the back door, and Janine (Archie’s fiancée) informs the police. Then Dot is arrested for assaulting her granddaughter Dotty. She had smacked her when Dotty proclaimed that she wished Nick (her father) had killed Dot. Ronnie’s sister Roxy knows her sister is innocent, and tells Janine she wants a family ring back. Janine informs them that Archie’s killer still has the ring, which is then dropped into her teapot by a mysterious gloved hand… And did Bianca sleep with Leon, who was talked into stripping at her hen party? Is Stacey having the late Archie’s baby? Or is it Ryan’s?

First-ever live episodes of the soap opera air on May 23rd and 24th when Archie’s killer is revealed!
