Twenty years ago the world was introduced to Edina, Patsy, Saffron, Bubble and Mother, and it has never been quite the same. The outrageous, but undeniably fabulous, ladies are back in the limelight for two brand new specials airing on VisionTV June 28 and July 5.
Written by and starring Jennifer Saunders as Edina, the rest of the cast includes: Joanna Lumley as Patsy; Julia Sawalha as Saffron; June Whitfield as Mother; and Jane Horrocks as Bubble.

It’s been twenty years since Eddy, Patsy, Saffy, Bubble and Mother first staggered into our lives, and someone has been away for some time, so there is lots of catching up to do. She returns with a new best friend, who is both a blessing and a threat to the household. It forces the girls closer than ever and may even involve someone owning up to her real age.

Eddy has fewer and fewer clients and her daughter despises her. So far, so normal. Then Eddy and Patsy meet a famous French film star of whom Saffy is a huge fan.
