wow. Pick me, pick me! Your next winner!!! Show me the money!!! I have always wanted to go see San Antonio. I heard it is beautiful there. My childhood dream to see it since. It would be a dream come true and means more to me than anyone else to win. 🙁 Starving artist here desperately needs the trip to have fun and feel alive and inspired again. A life changing experience. Top of my bucket list. Dear Santa: I’ve been nice. My X-Mas wish this year is to win this contest. Thank you for the awesomeness, the contest, and generosity. 🙂

The Walton series never gets old. The values and love between these characters is timeless and something we so need in our world today. The tapestry of their lives and the stories never cease to warm my heart. I watch the show every evening with my 80+ mother who often relates to the values these characters portray and often she’ll refer to “John Walton” and comment “He reminds me of my Daddy”. It warms my heart and we are so Thankful to Vision for their amazing programming. Thanks so much to all the staff at Vision TV for keeping these classics here in Canada!

Hi Greg – Thank you very much for taking the time to share your thoughts on The Waltons and our programming here in general. We’re fortunate to have you and your mother as viewers and fans of what we air, including this timeless classic. We hope you both will continue to enjoy our offerings and all the best to you both!

      • Greg

You’re welcome! It seems that today it’s so hard to find shows that portray values and that you don’t have to worry about changing the channel for fear of inappropriate content. No fear here, The Walton’s get our family’s vote, hands down!

I believe that everyone who has entered this contest would like to be the winner. Alas there can only be 1. Good luck to one and all and I am sure each and everyone of you deserve to win just as much as the other person. Congrats to whomever wins this amazing life changing experience. Thanks Vision TV for programs and opportunities like these.

    • ZoomerTVMOD

Hi Ellen – Thanks very much for taking the time to stop by and add your thoughts and for the wonderful compliment. We wish you good luck and all the best as well. Thanks for being a valued viewer!

  • Sharon

I like thousands of others LOVE everything Waltons. I am an avid television viewer of The Waltons, There has never been or ever will be a TV series that is so endearing to its viewers. The love of family, the struggles of growing up and growing old, the depression and it’s angst, are all part and parcel of a wonderful timeless story written by Earl Hamner. I would love to win this contest as would thousands of others. But I want to thank Vision TV for airing this program and I wish more than winning this contest that it is available to viewers for years to come. Thank you VISION for having vision.

Hi Sharon – Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and share your thoughts on how The Waltons has touched your life and many viewers’ lives. We’re really proud of giving a Canadian broadcast home to classic, timeless family series like this and Little House on the Prairie, along with our British comedy and drama offerings, documentaries, movies, faith and multi-cultural programming. Thank you for being a valued viewer and all the best to you and yours!

I love this family orientated show so, so, much that I’ve been watching it for over 38 years. As the oldest child of 3 girls I know what it’s like to be the responsible role model of a family with younger siblings to look up to, just like John Boy. Being the eldest has it’s slight drawbacks. Therefore, I couldn’t travel as much as I would have loved too. Baby sitting my siblings, walking them to and from school, and picking them up from daycare while still doing the chores before mom came home at 6:00pm was my adventure.
Winning this trip would be an experience of a life time!
    Loyal Watcher,
    Carlene Gardner

I have and always will love the Waltons.
Family values will never die but live forever!

  • Gwen

Waltons-what can I say?!? It’s one of the only family oriented show there has even been played in tv. I watch them as much as I can, if I can’t I’m taping to watch a later time. I have even bought the box set. I feel down to earth when I watch the show; it gives me comfort to watch people so family oriented. Johnboy was like my oldest brother Floyd, someone I always did and will look up to.
I hope all younger children get to watch this wholesome family show.
    The Waltons–my other extended family.
