Doc Martin: The Movie

When successful but unhappy obstetrician Doctor Martin Bamford discovers his wife, Petronella has been sleeping with three of his friends, his world is ripped apart. He flees London and heads for the small fishing village of Port Isaac, in the hope that it might help solve all the big questions in his life or that his wife will turn up and save their marriage. As she doesn’t, he stays, getting duped into working as a deck hand. Doc struggles to find his new identity as a single man, and work out what it would take to make him happy. (2001)
