Join champion dancer and fitness expert Anjelica Scannura and her diverse, energetic backup crew for a low-impact, high calorie burn workout for lean muscle development and weight loss. No matter your skill level and age, Anjelica is pumping in a much needed dose of fun to take your workout to the next level.

On staying fit while self-isolating during the COVID-19 global health crisis, Anjelica says there are great benefits.

“You make a little enclave in your place, turn on the screen, and it’s great because you can wear whatever you want and there’s no pressure,” she explains. “I think it’s good to keep a little bit of a schedule for yourself, take the moment, relax, kind of unwind, but also create a bit of a regimen for yourself. Take this time to create new positive habits, whether it be in your exercise or your eating. I mean, I’m doing my workouts now!”
