Meet the country’s oldest drivers. Witty and likable, they represent a growing sector of our aging population: elderly men and women maintaining their independence thanks to their cars. In many countries they must re-apply for their licence at the age of 70, and periodically thereafter, but they don’t have to undergo any kind of tests… Should they still be allowed on the road?

They might have less-than-lightning reflexes, yet statistics show older drivers cause fewer accidents than their younger counterparts. Should they keep motoring on or is it time to hand over their keys?
