Sister Boniface is making crime-solving even more of a habit. In Season 3 of Sister Boniface Mysteries, premiering on VisionTV starting Monday, June 17, 2024 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT, the Great Slaughter Constabulary’s secret weapon sleuth is bringing her sharp investigative skills, scientific know-how and faith in forensic evidence to help unravel 8 new mysteries.

Nun. Vespa rider. Wine maker. Forensic Scientist. Meet Sister Boniface.

In the aptly named rural town of Great Slaughter, the police rely heavily on their secret weapon to solve the most difficult cases: Sister Boniface. With a Ph.D. in chemistry, an I.Q. of 156, and a knack for finding clues hidden in plain sight, this nun knows that the devil is in the details.

In a spin-off from the long running BBC series Father Brown, Lorna Watson reprises her role as a brilliant and quirky, Vespa-driving, divinely inspired detective. Joining Watson in the cast are Max Brown (Downton Abbey, The Tudors) as DI Sam Gillespie, Jerry Iwu (Sex Education) as DS Felix Livingstone, Miranda Raison (MI-5, Dark Heart) as local newspaper journalist Ruth Penny, and Ami Metcalf (Father Brown, Upstairs Downstairs) as police constable Peggy Button.
