Are you a Zoomer interested in gentle, restorative yoga? Are you also looking to add light strength building to your exercise regimen? Do you live in, or within driving distance of, the Greater Toronto Area? Would you like to appear on a televised yoga class? If so, then we would love to have you appear on an upcoming episode of Healing Yoga, the hit VisionTV and One series! You don’t have to be an expert yogi or in tip-top shape, just enthusiastic and able to participate.
Healing Yoga, hosted by certified restorative yoga expert, Deborah Devine, will be producing episodes for its fourth season at ZoomerMedia’s Zoomer Hall Studios in Toronto’s vibrant and historic Liberty Village (at 70 Jefferson Avenue) in August and September. Your presence would be needed for half a day, either in the morning or afternoon. Recording days will take place August 15, 16, 17, 30 and 31, as well as September 1, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Previous yoga experience is not required, as host Deborah’s restorative yoga practice appeals to students of all levels, no matter what shape you’re in. What’s more, it can counteract the effects of aging and chronic conditions.
A wide array of topics will be featured in this forthcoming season of Healing Yoga, including: Hands/Forearms; Osteoporosis; Core; Stair Climbing; Lower Back; Dog Walking; Butt Firming; Post Surgery (Hip or Knee Replacement); More Energy; Shoulders; Hamstrings; Balance; Grandparents; Yoga Balls for Legs and Hips; Total Body Workout; Sex; Bending and Lifting; Neck and Back Issues; Aging Athletes (Golf, Hockey, Tennis, etc.); Quitting Smoking; Caregivers; Chair Yoga; Knees; Arms; Walkers/Joggers; Gardening; New Moms; Arthritis; Upper Body; Pilates and Yoga; Sculpt Yoga; Jock Yoga.
