Charlie & Me is the story of an eleven year old girl who has an extraordinarily close relationship with her grandfather and a complex relationship with her father.

When her grandfather suffers a serious heart attack two things become clear: 1) Casey (the granddaughter) (JORDY BENETTAR) is only going to have a limited amount of time left to spend with Charlie (the grandfather) (TOM BOSLEY) and 2) Charlie needs to bring his son and his granddaughter closer together before he dies.
